Reserve Endeavor Partners

Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: September 17, 2026

Reserve Endeavor Partners ("REP," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation across every website, application, and platform we operate or make available to the public.

This Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation ("CSAE") Standard describes our zero-tolerance policy, the standards we enforce across our Services, how to report a concern, and how we respond to and cooperate with authorities on any suspected violation.

This Standard applies to all current and future REP platforms and digital services, regardless of the specific product, brand, or application through which a user interacts with us.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Reserve Endeavor Partners maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") across every website, application, platform, and service we operate or make available to the public.

This standard applies without exception to all users, applicants, clients, partners, and third parties interacting with our Services, regardless of location, relationship to REP, or intended use of the platform.

CSAE content, behavior, or solicitation of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of content, termination of access, and referral to law enforcement and appropriate authorities.

Scope of This Standard

This CSAE Standard applies to all platforms, applications, websites, and digital services created, operated, hosted, or maintained under Reserve Endeavor Partners, including but not limited to:

  • The Reserve Endeavor Partners public website and all associated subdomains
  • Client Concierge and representation management portals
  • Application and intake forms used to submit talent, partnership, or investor inquiries
  • Any future applications, platforms, or digital properties launched under REP or its affiliates

Any third-party platform, integration, or service linked from our Services is subject to that provider’s own child safety standards, and REP is not responsible for content hosted outside of its direct control.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited across all REP platforms and will be removed immediately upon detection:

  • Any visual depiction, written description, or simulation of child sexual abuse material ("CSAM")
  • Sexualization of minors in any context, including fictional, animated, or computer-generated depictions
  • Solicitation, grooming, or facilitation of contact with a minor for sexual purposes
  • Sharing, distributing, requesting, or linking to CSAM or CSAE content, including through indirect references or coded language
  • Use of our Services to advertise, arrange, or facilitate exploitation of a minor
  • Impersonation of a minor for the purpose of exploitation, or misrepresentation of a minor’s age to circumvent protections

Age Requirements and Protections for Minors

Our representation application and related intake Services require applicants to be at least 18 years of age. Applications submitted by or on behalf of individuals under the age of 18 will not be accepted.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or retain personal information from children. Any account, submission, or profile identified as belonging to a minor will be removed, and any associated data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.

Where representation, advisory, or concierge relationships involve a minor by necessity (for example, a legal guardian submitting an inquiry on behalf of a minor client), such engagements are subject to heightened review, documented parental or guardian consent, and additional safeguards determined at REP’s sole discretion.

Reporting CSAE Content or Concerns

Reserve Endeavor Partners provides accessible, clearly labeled mechanisms for any user, applicant, employee, or member of the public to report suspected CSAE content or behavior encountered on our Services.

Reports may be submitted at any time, from any page, without requiring an account or login. We do not require a report to include the reporter’s identity, though providing contact information may assist our review.

  • Email reports directly to safety@rep.cm, available 24 hours a day
  • Use the "Report a Concern" option available through our Contact page
  • Flag any application, profile, or submission directly to your assigned Client Concierge representative

All reports are treated as urgent and are reviewed by trained personnel as a priority matter.

How We Respond to Reports

Upon receiving a report of suspected CSAE content or conduct, Reserve Endeavor Partners will take immediate action, including:

  • Immediate removal or disabling of the reported content pending review
  • Suspension or termination of the associated account, application, or access privileges
  • Preservation of relevant records as required to support law enforcement investigations
  • Escalation to designated Trust & Safety personnel for further review
  • Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities, as required by applicable law

We cooperate fully with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and child protection organizations in the investigation of CSAE-related reports, subject to applicable legal process.

Moderation, Detection, and Prevention

REP applies a combination of human review and automated safeguards proportional to the nature of each platform to identify and prevent CSAE content before it reaches the public.

Application, profile, and submission review is conducted by trained Client Concierge and administrative personnel who are instructed to immediately escalate any suspected CSAE content or conduct.

We continuously evaluate and update our moderation practices to reflect emerging risks, regulatory guidance, and industry best practices for child safety.

Cooperation with Authorities

Reserve Endeavor Partners will disclose information to law enforcement, NCMEC, or other authorized child protection agencies when legally required, when necessary to protect the safety of a minor, or when responding to lawful legal process.

We will retain relevant records related to a CSAE report for as long as reasonably necessary to support an active investigation, consistent with applicable law.

Accountability and Enforcement

Any individual found to have violated this CSAE Standard will face immediate and permanent termination of access to all REP Services, regardless of their status as an applicant, client, partner, or member of the public.

Violations of this Standard may also result in referral to law enforcement, civil action, and any other remedies available to REP under applicable law.

REP reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect the safety of minors, including actions beyond those explicitly described in this Standard.

Updates to This Standard

Reserve Endeavor Partners may update this CSAE Standard periodically to reflect regulatory changes, platform updates, or evolving best practices in child safety.

Updates will become effective upon publication of the revised Standard on this page. We encourage visitors to review this page periodically.
